Are all the prices mentioned in the website inclusive of Taxes?

All products mentioned in the website are exclusive of Taxes. Taxes are applicable at the time of dispatch.
The rates of products mentioned are clearly ex-factory, meaning all transport, arrangement and installation costs are borne by the buyer.

When am I expected to pay for the products?

All payments are supposed to be done immediately on delivery of goods. (incl. Transport costs).

Can I return or replace a product I just bought?

Orca follows an “All sales are final policy.” Unfortunately all products once sold are not eligible for return or replacement. So the customer is requested to check the condition of the product thoroughly before a satisfactory purchase.

What if I discover breakages and shortages of goods after delivery?

Orca is not responsible for any breakages or shortages of sold goods once they leave our factory. The customer is requested to check and transport goods at their own risk. Please note, damages caused to the sold products due to transport are not eligible for return or replacement.

Will the changes in the rate card be notified?

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The finished products are susceptible to minor differences in size, weight, shapes and colours due to unavoidable reasons.

Are the accessories part of the product’s price?

No. A wide range of bath accessories are available at Orca to satisfy the customers. But the accessories are available at an extra cost.

Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Coimbatore. Any disputes arising here shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore.
